1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AltCloud.cc Infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform is designed for high-performance computing and privacy-focused hosting. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Privacy & No-KYC Policy
AltCloud.cc operates on a No-KYC (Know Your Customer) basis. We do not require personal identification, physical addresses, or government documents. Your account is linked exclusively to your unique access code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access codes. Losing your access code means losing your account — there is no recovery process.
3. Deposits & Payment Processing
We exclusively accept Cryptocurrency payments (BTC, LTC, ETH, USDC, etc.). When you initiate a deposit, it appears as 'Pending' in your transaction history along with payment details (wallet address, exact amount, and coin type). Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your balance is credited automatically. If no payment is received within 48 hours, the pending deposit is automatically cancelled. You can view the status and details of all your pending and completed deposits in your Transactions page at any time.
4. Billing & Fair Usage
All payments are non-refundable. We use a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model with the following rules: Deletion is locked for the first 3 hours after deployment. Between 3 and 12 hours, early cancellation incurs a 40% surcharge on the total hourly usage cost (hours active × hourly rate × 1.40). After 12 hours, cancellation is free with no penalties. Services are automatically suspended when balance reaches zero. PAYG plans include a 40% surcharge compared to monthly subscriptions.
5. Infrastructure Usage Rules
To protect our network reputation and prevent illegal activity, the following outbound ports are permanently blocked on all instances: Ports 25, 465, 587 (SMTP/email — anti-spam), Ports 17, 19, 1900, 11211 (QOTD, CHARGEN, SSDP, Memcached — anti-DDoS amplification), and Ports 137-139, 445 (NetBIOS, SMB — anti-malware/ransomware). Additionally, we prohibit: DDoS attacks, illegal content hosting, Nested Virtualization (running hypervisors inside VMs), and PPS rate limiting is enforced to prevent outbound malicious traffic.
6. Data Loss & Service Continuity
AltCloud.cc is a self-managed infrastructure provider. We do not perform automated backups of your data. In the event of a zero balance, services are suspended immediately. After 24 hours of zero balance, all data on the suspended instances will be permanently and irrecoverably deleted. It is your sole responsibility to maintain a positive balance and back up critical data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided 'as-is' and 'as available'. AltCloud.cc is not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or financial damages resulting from the use of our infrastructure. We guarantee 99.99% network uptime but do not guarantee individual instance software stability.
8. Termination of Service
AltCloud.cc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service, instance, or account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated our usage rules or if necessary for infrastructure maintenance and security. Accounts with no deposits within 24 hours of registration may be automatically purged.
