Billing & Retention
Ensuring fair resource allocation and preventing "burn-and-discard" patterns.
- 1
3-Hour Minimum Billing
All PAYG instances are charged a minimum of 3 hours upon deployment, even if deleted earlier. This prevents infrastructure abuse and ensures fair resource allocation.
- 2
Early Cancellation Fee (Before 12h)
Cancellations between 3 and 12 hours after creation incur a surcharge of 40% on top of the total hourly usage cost. The fee is proportional to how long you used the instance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the fee, cancellation is blocked until 12 hours pass.
- 3
Free Cancellation After 12h
After 12 hours of usage, you can cancel your PAYG instance at any time with no early cancellation fee. Standard hourly charges still apply for time used.
Deposits & Payments
How deposits are processed and what happens with pending payments.
- 1
Pending Deposit Tracking
When you initiate a deposit, it appears as "Pending" in your transaction history with full payment details (wallet address, exact amount, coin type). You can review these details at any time.
- 2
48-Hour Auto-Cancellation
If no on-chain payment is detected within 48 hours of creating a deposit, the transaction is automatically marked as "Cancelled". You can create a new deposit at any time.
- 3
No Refunds
All completed deposits are final and non-refundable. Ensure you send the exact amount to the correct address.
